印度11月黄金进口下降近81%

印度商工部12月11日公布的数据显示，11月印度贸易逆差92.2亿美元，低于国内传统黄金销售旺季10月的逆差额105.6亿美元，9月贸易逆差曾缩减至一年半来最低水平。11月印度出口额同比增长5.86%，增至246亿美元。11月印度进口额同比减少16.37%，金银进口额降幅高达80.94%，降至10.5亿美元。
今年4月，黄金创下30年来最大跌幅，掀起了印度国民抢购金币和金饰的狂潮，仅5月一个月就购买黄金约162公吨。为遏制印度卢比贬值趋势，缩减国内创纪录的经常账户赤字，印度政府6月扩大了黄金进口禁令。9月，印度又将黄金珠宝进口关税从10%大幅上调至15%，超过了生金的税率。而生金的进口关税也达到了史上最高的10%。
受政府打压进口措施影响，印度黄金进口量已从5月的162公吨锐减至10月的24公吨。本月6日，全印度珠宝首饰贸易联盟（AGJF）主管Bachhraj Bamalwa预计：
2013年第四季度，印度黄金进口量将较去年同期的255公吨骤降70%。如果当前政府的进口限制规定延续至明年，预计2014年印度黄金进口总规模将减半，减至500-550公吨。
