瑞银：2014年中国黄金消费热情将降

据世界黄金协会(World Gold Council)的数据，中国已成为世界上最大的黄金消费国。中国的黄金消费量超过1,000吨，中国的黄金总消费量可能达到了2,000吨甚至更多（包括非法走私的黄金）。
瑞士银行(UBS)对中国黄金实际状况的调查显示，2014年中国的黄金消费热情将不会像2013年这么高涨。
“中国目前的黄金消费热情显然已大不如年初。尽管许多人仍预计良好的潜在实物需求将对2014年金价提供支撑，但绝大多数人预计明年的消费热情不及今年。部分原因是即将到来的2014年春节比往年早，在1月底，而不是通常的2月中旬，因此黄金进口商已经将进货时间提前到了今年，也就是春节长假前。”
另外一个原因是，实物黄金买家已经适应了近期的金价区间，可能在等待更具吸引力的价位。也就是说，金价目前面临缩水压力。
当然，瑞银的调查没有将金融改革对ETF黄金需求的影响纳入考虑。印度和中国的黄金消费需求占全球黄金需求的一半。受卢比贬值及印度政府进口限制措施的影响，印度的黄金进口量下降。至于中国，网民们可能已经发现了比特币。这对SPDR金ETF(SPDR Gold Trust, GLD)而言不是好兆头，SPDR金ETF今年迄今已下跌了25%。
