亚马纳斥资4.5亿美元建设阿根廷金银矿

《MINING.com》报道,加拿大亚马纳黄金公司(Yamana Gold)计划投资4.5亿美元开发位于阿根廷圣克鲁斯省(Santa Cruz)的塞鲁摩洛(Cerro Moro)金银矿项目。该矿的建设预计将于明年初动工,包括露天矿场以及地下矿坑,预计将于2015年稍晚投产。
亚马纳黄金公司今年稍早提供塞鲁摩洛金银矿项目更新表示,该项目初步控制资源量195万盎司黄金当量,相比公司2012年自Extorre Gold Mines收购该项目前增加44%,含在黄金当量品位14.6克/吨的416万公吨矿化物中;推断资源量490,000盎司黄金当量,含在黄金当量品位4.20克/吨的360万公吨矿化物中。
亚马纳黄金公司执行长彼得.马龙(Peter J. Marrone)此前表示,收购塞鲁摩洛金银矿项目使公司矿物资源量和储备量得到了大幅提升。该公司2012年黄金产量突破100万盎司,创下历史新高。2013年,该公司将继续维持高产量、低成本的生产现状。 Extorre Gold Mines此前公布的塞鲁摩洛金银矿项目初步经济评估报告称,估计矿脉寿命约9年,该期间黄金产量预期为84.8万盎司,白银产量预计为4720万盎司,前5年黄金产量预期每年为24.8万盎司。
亚马纳黄金公司今年1-9月的营收较去年同期的17亿美元下滑至14亿美元,主要受到金属价格下跌的影响;其中,1-9月的平均销售金价年减13%至每盎司1,448美元,平均销售银价年减18%至每盎司24.80美元,平均销售铜价年减10%至每磅3.25美元。该公司1-9月基本以及稀释每股盈余均为0.18美元,去年同期则分别为0.37美元与0.36美元。
