美联储摇摆不定 黄金白银方向不明

路透社报导，堪萨斯联准银行(FED)总裁Esther George 26日在科罗拉多经济论坛上指出，联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)没有在9月会议做出缩减买债规模的决定，不但可能让潜在退场成本攀高、同时也可能危及FED前瞻指引的可信度以及未来货币政策行动的可预测性。她说，出乎市场意料之外的政策行动通常会引发多余的市场波动。
今年以来George每一次在FOMC会议皆投下反对票，理由是宽松货币政策恐将创造出新的资产泡沫。George 26日指出，在财政预算支出遭删减的情况下美国经济、就业市场还能有如此的表现着实令人感到欣慰，这意味着基本面已大幅转佳。
彭博社9月13日报导，美银资深美国经济学家、FED理事会前经济学家Michael Hanson指出，FOMC一方面对外说缩减买债规模的前提是就业市场好转，但现在看来他们可能会在9月会议宣布下修经济成长率预估值，如此一来外界将会质疑他们的诚信。
而正因为美联储如此反复不定的态度，黄金白银也相继受到拖累，目前在高位震荡徘徊，失去指导方向。而美国经济数据也未必能成为美联储退市的依据，总体来说，还是需要美国经济得到真正的改善，相信美联储缩减QE才能推动美元指数上升，否则，美元涨势也将受压。
