美联储实施减债 国际金价将跌至1200

美国银行分析师认为，若美联储开始实行缩减其债券购买规模，贵金属交易前景将显黯淡。
美联储将在下周9月17日开始召开为期2天的会议，减少债券购买规模的行动被视为美联储紧缩货币政策的第一步。美银美林(BofAML)金属策略师Michael Widmer近日在一份备忘中提到：”利率增加或者通过减少债券购买许诺利率增加，都会压制金价，因为利率代表了持有黄金的机会成本。”美联储目前每月购买债券达850亿美元。
瑞士联合银行(UBS)分析师Joni Teves认为黄金可能在美联储行动一开始就跌到1250美元/盎司，她在接受采访时说：”但也不能排除继续下跌到1200美元下方，比如说，如果美联储动作规模比市场预计的都剧烈的话。”
美银美林的一份研究显示，美联储减少债券购买的规模可能在100亿到150亿美元间。分析显示如果美联储在下周会议上做出减少债券购买决定，但减少规模低于市场预期，则金价可能有一个短期的上涨，但对真实利率上升的预期将使这一上涨非常有限。
同时奥巴马讲话倾向“和平方式”处理叙利亚问题。他表示，“我不会派地面军队、不会进行开放式行动、不会有长期的空中打击叙利亚。我们会吸取伊拉克的教训，我们不会推翻任何独裁政权。我非常倾向于外交措施。在过去几天，我们看到了一些积极信号，但现在说外交方案是否成功还言之过早，但外交方案可能在不动用武力的情况下解决叙利亚的化武威胁。我要求国会暂停对军事行动投票来寻求外交方案，我要求军队维持当前的态势来对阿萨德施压。” 奥巴马讲话后，黄金迅即下跌，金价在讲话后下挫10美元至1356.60美元。叙利亚局势向好，也会打压黄金的上行动能。
