南非矿工开始罢工 支撑铂金价格

南非全国矿工联盟（National Union of Mineworkers, NUM）秘书长巴兰尼（Frans Baleni）向金矿商发出最后通牒称，要求矿商在8月31日以前答应工会的加薪要求，否则将会面临全面的罢工。
业内人士表示，由于之前工会曾被许诺获得较大薪资增幅，今年的薪资谈判将更加困难。与之前较温和的行为相比，今年各工会在面对薪资谈判时显得比较积极。
巴兰尼称工会已经取得罢工文件，意味工人可以进行合法的罢工而不需担忧被解雇。不过，工会与矿商之间对加薪幅度的巨大落差，可能无法在短时间取得协议。NUM要求基本薪资提高60%，但矿商所提的加薪幅度仅6%，而另外一个工会–矿工与建筑联盟协会（Association of Mineworkers and Construction Union）更要求一倍的加薪。
昨日铂金价格收跌，这次南非罢工，将对铂金价格构成一定支持。
