金价反弹近20% 各国家增持黄金

金价最近持续反弹，自6月的波段低点迄今已反弹已达19%，接近从底部上涨20%、进入多头市场的标准。在金价持续反弹的同时，全球15国央行也决定买进黄金。
Thomson Reuters报导，国际货币基金组织(IMF)27日公布，在金价从接近3年低点反弹之际，土耳其、俄罗斯与阿塞拜疆央行在7月份都增持了黄金储备量。根据报告，土耳其央行7月份增持了22.5公吨的黄金，总持有量来到464公吨，增幅居15国增持黄金的央行之冠。此外，俄罗斯的黄金储备则上升6.345吨至1,002.8吨，已连续第10个月上扬。
其他增持黄金的国家还包括法国、哈萨克斯坦、莫桑比克、危地马拉。此外，墨西哥、丹麦与加拿大则在小量出售黄金的国家之列。
嘉实XQ全球赢家系统报价显示，黄金现货价27日盘中最高一度上涨至每盎司1,407.59美元，创6月7日以来盘中新高；距离6月28日的波段低点(1,179.83美元)已上涨了19.3%。一般市场认定商品若从低点上涨20%，应该就是进入多头市场。
CNBC 25日报导，原物料新闻刊物Barratt Bulletin创办人Jonathan Barratt在接受专访时表示，金价只要突破每盎司1,416美元，就算重新进入牛市。他认为，实体需求上扬、地缘政治议题以及美国的量化宽松货币政策(QE)方向是导致金价上升的主因。他并表示，倘若债市预期联准会(FED)会延后减码QE，那么金价也许会因此进一步攀高。
