高盛程序交易乌龙 恐赔上亿美元

高盛集团（Goldman Sachs Group Inc.）交易程序周二早盘出包，导致股票期权交易错误，打乱多家美国交易所交易，高盛恐面临一亿美元以上的损失。
部分股票期权交易恐被取消
彭博报导，知情人士透露，在周二开盘数分钟后，高盛追踪客户交易的系统出错，误向纽约泛欧交易所、那斯达克和芝加哥期权交易所（ＣＢＯＥ）等发出大批错误指令。
根据《华尔街日报》报导，系统错误导致部份期权价格早盘一度跌至一美元，各大交易所对此向交易员提出警告，表示九时三十分至四十七分之间的部分交易可能被取消。
相关人士预估，此次乌龙事件恐使高盛背负数亿美元损失，但实际损失将视交易所允许交易生效数量而定。高盛对此表示，交易所正极力解决此问题，其带来的风险或潜在损失将不会对高盛财务有重大影响。
美国交易系统故障已发生多次，人为疏失相对反而较少。去年纽约证交所的电子交易商奈特资本集团（Knight Capital Group）因交易软件出错，蒙受约四．六亿美元损失；今年四月，芝加哥期权交易所也因系统故障，开盘时间延后三个多小时。
