外资6月减持美债金额创历史新高

华尔街日报部落格报导，外资6月份合计卖超美国公债407.69亿美元、金额创历史新高。此外，投资人6月卖超美国债券基金金额达600亿美元、创历史新高。
美联社报导，外资持有美国公债金额在今年3月创下历史新高纪录(5.7兆美元)，但随后的3个月分别月减0.3%、0.9%、1.0%，6月底余额为5.6兆美元(年增5.4%)。
美国财政部15日公布的官方数据显示，截至2013年6月底为止美国主要公债持有国大多采取减码策略。数据显示，中国大陆持有的美国公债余额月减1.7%(215亿美元)至1.2758兆美元、创今年3月以来新低；日本月减1.8%(203亿美元)至1.0834兆美元；石油出口国(包括沙特阿拉伯在内等15国)月减2.9%至2,568亿美元；巴西月减0.6%至2,537亿美元；台湾月减1.4%至1,862亿美元；瑞士月减1.2%至1,804亿美元；俄罗斯月减3.8%至1,380亿美元。
Thomson Reuters报导，美国10年期公债殖利率15日盘中飙升至2.823%、逼近两年来最高水平。
美国联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)6月19日发表声明指出，自去年秋季以来美国经济、就业市场展望的下行风险已经降低，重申将依照就业市场或通膨展望的转变调整每个月的买债额度。然而，5月1日的FOMC还重申经济展望仍面临下行风险，短短一个半月为何突然冒出「自去年秋季以来」这句话？既然FOMC可以突然变脸改口，那就别怪外国央行在6月底大砍美国公债(金额创单周历史新高)。
