投资者大幅抛售美/日元 黄金涨幅不断
周一(7月22日)亚太时段早盘，国际现货黄金价格守住近1.5%的涨幅不放，继续从上个月重挫至3年低点1180.71过程中复苏，因日本首相安倍晋三(Shinzo Abe)在参议院选举中获得绝对性胜利后，投资者大幅抛售美元/日元使金市压力缓解，且日本期金上涨给金价提供额外支撑。
北京时间10:49，现货黄金报1314.77美元/盎司，现货白银报19.80美元/盎司，现货铂金报1431.75美元/盎司，现货钯金报748.05美元/盎司。
日本参议院上周日改选半数议席，当前执政联盟夺得议席过半，撕破了在野党控制参议院的”扭曲国会”困局。大选胜利意味着执政联盟成功打破了短命内阁的厄运，安倍晋三(Shinzo Abe )也因此成为6年来可同时控制参众两院的强势首相。这一结果有利于安倍进行重要的经济结构改革。
日本广播协会(NHK)周一稍早时候表示，安倍晋三所在的自民党及其伙伴公明党在121个改选的席位中，至少赢下了74席。加上执政联盟不用改选的59席，这次选举结果让执政联盟获得了明显多数，将加强安倍的控制权。不过，在这次选举中，自民党自身并未获得多数席位。
安倍晋三选举获胜后，美元/日元大幅下跌，刺激国际现货金轻松冲破千三关口并迅速刷新一个月高点1316.20美元/盎司。与此同时，东京工业品交易所(TOCOM)最活跃的2014年6月期金合约价格升至高点4243日元/克，创6月20日以来的最高水平。
另一方面，中国央行(PBOC)上周五出人意料地宣布将自2013年7月20日起全面放开金融机构贷款利率管制，昭示出中国新一届政府在推进金融改革方面的决心。贷款利率的全面松绑给中国金融机构更多议价空间，投资者开始寄望借贷成本下降将帮助支撑中国正在走软的经济。
不过，碍于中国严厉调控下的房价仍居高不下，以及个人房贷议价能力极弱，此次中国央行对个人住房贷款利率浮动区间暂不作调整；而存款利率管制并未同步放开，亦显示出中国政府推进金融改革时的顾虑和谨慎。
中国财长楼继伟上周末参加G20莫斯科会议期间表示，没有与会代表相信中国经济会硬着陆。一些国家的财长反而希望中国经济增速能再快一些，以支撑世界经济复苏，但那是想也别想的。他补充道，”国内一些经济学家提出中国经济存在硬着陆风险，是自己不看好自己。”
