伯南克措辞鸽派有望提振金价
今日由于市场观望伯南克证词，黄金走势波幅不大，黄金价格震荡于1289.96美元/盎司附近，若伯南克措辞鸽派黄金有望突破1300美元/盎司。因伯南克证词前市场做多美元情绪消退，提振金价；此外美国通胀数据放缓缓解美联储将按计划在今年稍后马上开始缩减购债规模的担忧。

可能伯南克会被直接问及减缓资产购买的时间，但是他可能还会继续之前的措辞，说，如果经济有稳步增长的话，就在“今年晚些时候”。那将会把我们的注意力转向他如何评估经济形势。6月FOMC会议以来，有一个强劲的就业报告——6月份新增就业达到19.5万人，其他的数据则是喜忧参半。
目前最大的进展是由伯南克6月关于减缓QE的发言和之后对提前升息的恐慌所导致的债券收益率上升。一个可能性是，伯南克或许会表态，加息会为联储的经济预期带来怎样的压力。这也将影响市场对于QE减缓的预期。

RBC Capital Market驻香港的外汇策略师Sue Trinh周一(7月15日)称，伯南克非常有可能在听证会上对上周发表的言论做一个澄清，同时还可能暗示美联储依然有可能在年底前开始缩减债券购买规模。Trinh表示，RBC Capital Market认为美国经济的确正在复苏，伯南克将暗示在今年第四季度开始缩减债券购买规模。
汇丰银行
汇丰银行的汇市策略师Robert Lynch表示：“我不太确定他在明天作证时会就6月19日发布的缩减购债规模时间表作何解释。预计他传递的信息可能与联邦公开市场委员会(FOMC)一致，但我认为，美联储官员们肯定对公债市场的波动性很敏感。”
法国农业信贷集团
法国农业信贷集团(Credit Agricole)的分析师在周一的研究报告中指出，考虑到上周市场对伯南克讲话极度偏宽松的解读以及美元产生的大幅走软反应，预计伯南克在国会发表证词时将更加慎重，立场会略偏紧缩。为了打破市场近来过度反应的不良循环，伯南克可能会进一步明确美联储将从何时开始放缓债券购买计划以及从何时开始加息这两者之间的时间差别。
BK Asset Management
BK Asset Management的首席外汇策略师Kathy Lien在其媒体专栏中写道：伯南克会把大量笔墨放在美联储退出计划不会造成美国经济陷入下降螺旋中。若如此，他会强调货币政策会包含极端的适应性，加息时点则是遥遥无期。他的针对性评论可能不会和上周的讲话内容存在大的出入，但证词有可能对市场走向起到明显的冲击，因证词内容需要有足够的说服力来平复国会议员的问题炮弹。
