美联储讲话反复，金价物极必反

美联储在六月的议息会议(FOMC)中，伯南克已明确带出了联储局未来的退市路线图，指在现时美国经济的缓慢复甦下，失业率数据出现下跌趋势，预期在6.5%开始计划减缓购债。金价在议息后一星期内由1380下挫至1180低位，出现三年来的金价最低位，更一度跌破黄金生产成本价的1200。可是，处于1200下位置只维持十多小时，其后很快反弹回1230水平。
在七月十一日的美国国家经济研究局（NBER)中，伯南克就着美国的货币政策竟有一百八十度改变。其在接受访问时指出美国的劳工市场仍然疲弱，而且通胀率一直低于2%，情况并不乐观。因此，即使美国的失业率下跌至6.5%，仍未考虑退市及加息。可以看见美联局的退市举动仍然存在一段距离。
技术面分析
大田環球貴金屬 分析师Tony 指出，所谓物有其极，极致必反。伯老讲话后，使黄金价格实时由1245上调至1398高位。短期退市再次成为乌托邦，金价又再升起光明，在议息前的1380价位将会再次遇见，点升过程在一至两个星期内望可完成。
