山东黄金3天跌了25.3%
“800吨黄金储量”被疑哗众取宠
本周，因为“重大资产重组方案”而停牌了近3个月的山东黄金(600547,股吧)(600547)终于复牌，开始消化二季度国际金价暴跌的利空；周一、周二两日连续跌停，三个交易日累计下跌了25.3%。
本报讯 （记者井楠）2013年上半年，黄金板块受A股走势委靡与国际金价暴跌的双重打击，走势疲软；其间的国际现货黄金价格二季度跌幅刷新了45年以来的纪录。中金黄金(600489,股吧)今年二季度的跌幅高达32%，半年跌幅为44%；紫金矿业(601899,股吧)三个月跌了28%，半年跌了36%；辰州矿业(002155,股吧)最为凄惨，3个月内跌了51%，半年内跌了58%。
逆市收购投资者不买账
仅从技术面来分析，山东黄金与中金黄金两家企业，规模相近、经营类同，如果按照中金黄金的下跌幅度推算，山东黄金3天里约25%的下跌走势，仅仅是“噩梦”的开始；之后要想跌到位，还需要跌12%~15%。即使按照国际金价半年下跌30%、3个月下跌5%的比例，山东黄金未来亦有5%~10%的跌幅。
而从基本面来看，山东黄金目前经营状况受到了众多业内人士的质疑：其3个月停牌的原因是“重大资产重组方案”，上周末尘埃落定为“拟购买山东黄金集团等公司近百亿黄金资产”，而将其总黄金储量提升到“800吨”。
对于收购，投资者普遍存在两点不满：一是“逆市收购”：国际金价2013年跌破了1200美元，大有开启长线熊市之势。国际权威矿产机构数据显示：全球金矿的采掘成本在1100~1200美元之间，也就是说，现货价格已经跌破了成本。
本报记者从广东、山东、甘肃三省的企业了解到：由于矿产含金量低、人工成本上升、技术水平有待提高，包括山东黄金属下金矿在内的众多中国内地黄金采掘企业，其实际采掘成本普遍高于国际采掘水平。如果金价长期位于1200美元以下位置运行，中国矿产企业无疑将进入“挖得多、亏得多”的恶性循环境地。
二是，“800吨”的黄金储量也让一些投资者抱怨“哗众取宠”。即使按照暴跌之后的金价计算（约为260元/克），800吨储量的资产也高达2000多亿元人民币，远远高出其总资产数倍。而在山东黄金自己的收购叙述中，山东黄金集团及其他公司持有的矿山和黄金矿业权的账面价值为“22.4亿元”，其预估值却高达“108亿元”，此次对标的资产的收购等同于溢价了3.5倍，在A股市场中并不常见。
