黄金第一股山东黄金复牌两跌停 两天丢了百亿市值
国际金价暴跌拖累山东黄金
昨天，“黄金第一股”山东黄金(600547,股吧)收出复牌以来第二个跌停，报收25.89元，两个交易日山东黄金市值蒸发86亿元。此前的4月3日，山东黄金因重组停牌。三个月过去，在国际金价暴跌两成、A股大盘持续向下的背景下，山东黄金酝酿已久的重组方案不被市场看好。内忧外患之下，山东黄金的“熊途”或只是个开始。
高价购资产，复牌两跌停
今年4月3日，山东黄金因筹划重大资产重组事宜停牌，7月1日发布重组预案并复牌。方案显示，山东黄金将获控股股东黄金集团等注入的近百亿资产，包括多处成熟矿山及黄金矿权。资产注入完成后，山东黄金预计将增加黄金资源储量401吨，黄金生产经营性资产约99.84亿元，山东黄金的储量将远远超过同行业其他上市公司，成为国内“黄金第一股”。同时，山东黄金拟以每股33.72元的价格增发募资，募资总额不超过30亿元。
而山东黄金复牌后股价连续下跌，昨天报收25.89元，增发价已经与股价严重倒挂，以此价格能否完成增发是个悬疑。市场同时质疑，山东黄金本次定增的资产，是前几年由母公司以超高溢价从民营公司收购而来的，在黄金价格大跌后，上市公司以高估值从大股东手中收购这些资产，明显对上市公司未来的发展不利。
停牌三个月，金价跌两成
在山东黄金停牌的4月3日至6月28日期间，国际金价由1581.80美元/盎司跌至1232.10美元/盎司，区间跌幅达22%。6月28日，国际金价一度跌破1200美元，最低探至1179.40美元，刷新了2010年8月以来的近3年新低。
4月3日山东黄金停牌之前，上证指数尚在2227.74点，7月1日复牌时，沪指为1995.24点，三个月跌去10%。同期A股市场上，中金黄金(600489,股吧)股价跌幅超过三成。而据报道，山东黄金集团副总经理侯成桥6月29日表示，受今年黄金价格大降等影响，山东黄金1-5月份就损失达5个多亿的净利润，今年相关经济指标完成起来困难重重。
市场分析认为，随着金价的不断下行，山东黄金、中金黄金这些曾经的龙头股未来走势不容乐观，漫漫“熊途”或只是刚刚开始。
