5月CPI同比上涨2.1% 为物价改革腾出空间
据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，根据国家统计局的安排，包括居民消费价格指数(CPI)等多项国民经济指标数据将今天(9日)起陆续发布。多家金融机构预测报告显示，5月CPI同比增速或将小幅回升至2.5%左右而4月全国CPI同比上涨2.4%。
今天的数据和大多数机构预测有一定出入，2013年5月份全国居民消费品价格总水平同比只上涨了2.1%，之前大家都预测可能有小幅回升，在2.5%左右，实际上它跟上个月相比有一定回落，其中城市上涨了2.1%，农村上涨了2.2%，食品价格上涨了3.2%，是主要的上涨因素，非食品价格上涨了1.6%，消费品价格上涨1.8%，而服务价格上涨2.8%，1月到5月全国平均居民消费品价格总水平比去年同期上涨了2.4%，5月份全国居民消费品价格总水平环比下降了0.6%。
CPI是全国居民消费品价格总水平，这个数据主要反映了我国物价通胀水平，一般来说，我们认为说这个数据如果超过3%，是有轻度通货膨胀，如果超过5%就是较严重通货膨胀，如果低于1%以下，又有人会担心是不是会有通货紧缩状态。目前我国物价总水平保持基本稳定，而且是相对比较健康的数据，保持在2%左右的水平，相对说明了我们的物价上涨相对温和，而且有利于经济发展。
从今年1到5月份整体表现以及对于未来的预期，昨天记者采访了国家信息中心相关人士，他们表示，今年我国物价压力不是很大，整体来说，全年可能也保持在2.5%左右水平。2.5%对于通胀来说，是一个非常好的数据，并不高也不低，这个数据下，对于我国今年价格方面的改革腾出了一定空间。当我们的价格很高的时候，要推行一些比如包括电价、水价的改革时压力会很大，但是如果在物价价格相对平稳的时候推出这些改革也会比较顺利，今年也是我们国家物价改革方面会重头戏的一年，会有相当多的一些改革推出。
