标普将巴西债信评级展望从稳定降至负面
6月7日讯——标准普尔(Standard & Poor’s)周五(6月7日)称，已将巴西长期评级展望从稳定降至负面，并确认BBB的长期评级和A2的短期评级。
该评级机构表示，负面展望表明，巴西政府债务负担加重和宏观经济稳定性恶化，导致该国在未来两年内被降级的可能性至少为三分之一。
标普称：“经济增长一直缓慢、财政与外部经济基本面状况趋弱、以及当局政策信号模糊不清导致经济政策的可信度降低，或将削弱巴西应对外部冲击的能力。推迟实施促进民间投资的政策，特别是在基础设施领域，可能令今明两年的经济增长率偏低，从而提升了财政状况进一步下滑，而政府债务负担继续加重的风险。”
标普称，若政府采取更多连贯的政策，增强民间行业的信心并加大投资，该机构也可能将评级展望调回至稳定。
其表示，(政府的连贯政策)将可提高该国经济的趋势增长率，并使政府在财政和货币政策方面具有更大的灵活性。
