美元下跌瑞郎大涨，关注澳洲联储决议

投资机构Columbia Threadneedle：料美联储将加快缩债步伐
美联储可能会加快缩减购债规模，比如每月削减300亿美元的购债规模，而非预期的150亿美元，以便更快地加息。更快的情景还包括强调通胀势头可能需要美联储作出回应的措辞。10年期美债收益率已经走高，但收益率曲线趋于平缓，而2年期利率波动仍是利率空间中最大的错位。人们对美联储将按兵不动已经失去了信心（这一过程从9月的会议就已开始）。
大田环球分析师前瞻英国央行利率决议：不确定性很高
债券市场对英国央行加息的押注势均力敌，加息的可能性为55% ，高于此前几天的40%。不确定性高的原因很多，第一是缺乏有效的政策沟通；二是通胀的持久性难以评估，9月份整体CPI同比增长3.1%，显著高于英国央行2%的目标；三是劳动力市场状况表现较差；四是新冠疫情造成的不确定性。对于英国央行来说，再等一个月才把利率从0.1%上调至0.25%似乎是更谨慎的做法。对于英镑而言，情况很简单，若出现加息则跳升，否则就会暴跌。
