美元走软且日元下跌，关注美联储未来讲话
周三(8月25日)美元指数下跌0.06%，至92.82；美国10年期国债收益率攀升至1.35%附近，为近两周来的最高水平；投资人等待美联储在本周的杰克逊霍尔研讨会上提供有关缩减经济支持措施的线索。
美元指数冲高回落
美元周三变动不大，风险情绪在FDA批准了辉瑞/BioNTech新冠疫苗的全面使用授权之后持续改善，这对避险美元造成一定的打击。
美国首席传染病专家福奇周二表示，“美国有可能在明年初控制住新冠疫情。”但焦点已转向杰克森霍尔，以及美联储主席鲍威尔周五讲话时可能就缩减购债刺激计划说些什么。
大田环球分析师表示，市场预计鲍威尔的讲话基调将会偏鸽派，并呼应达拉斯联储主席卡普兰上周的担忧。卡普兰表示，由于Delta变种病毒的传播，他可能会重新考虑开始缩减购债的时机。
他说，“风险在于，如果鲍威尔真的没说什么太大不同的话，但由于没有对卡普兰表示支持，那么给人的印象就是更偏鹰派。”
日本扩大疫情紧急状态范围，覆盖全国逾70%人口
随着德尔塔病毒变种导致新增病例创纪录、给医疗系统带来巨大压力，日本首相菅义伟将疫情紧急状态扩大到另外八个地区，总共覆盖超过70%的日本人口。
菅义伟周三表示，包括北海道、爱知县在内的八个地区将从周五开始处于紧急状态，直到9月12日。等到这份命令生效，日本将有21个地区处于疫情紧急状态，包括东京和大阪，占日本经济的79%。
菅义伟在新闻发布会上说：“在大多数地区，我们看到新病例空前激增，高传染性的德尔塔变种正在蔓延，变得更难控制。”
目前日本正在举办残奥会，且菅义伟所在的自民党预计下个月选举领导人。公众对菅义伟的支持率已降至纪录低点，如果疫情管理出现重大失策导致自民党的支持率受损、公众情绪进一步恶化，那他有可能成为又一位短命首相——而日本必须在11月底之前举行大选。
前美联储主席伯南克预计通胀将在2022年放缓
前美联储主席伯南克在参加巴西一家投资银行的在线活动上表示，广泛的通胀预期仍然受控，供应冲击将是暂时的，消费者价格涨幅将在2022年趋缓。
伯南克表示，现任美联储主席鲍威尔做的非常出色，在整个疫情期间的工作一直“非常积极有效”。
随着人们重新思考职业和生活，就业市场存在失配。美国针对疫情的财政和货币措施强劲有力，支持了经济超预期复苏。
