美元指数上涨，但创下5月来最大周线跌幅
周五(7月30日)美元指数涨0.19%，至92.08，收窄周跌幅，因投资者在本月最后一个交易日重新平衡投资组合。周五公布的经济数据对美元利好；由于新冠疫苗接种刺激了旅游相关服务的需求，美国6月份消费者支出大增，增幅高于预期，但部分增长反映了物价上涨，通胀年率加速，进一步超过了美联储2%的目标。
圣路易斯联储主席布拉德稍早表示，美联储应在今年秋季开始放慢每月1200亿美元的购债步伐，并“相当迅速地”削减购债计划，以便让其在2022年头几个月结束，并为必要时在当年加息铺平道路。
美联储缩减QE路线图或推迟至四季度发布
大田环球分析师指出，美联储本周的政策措辞中对缩减QE前景的表述进行了微调，把做出决定的时间节点表述由“未来会议”改成了“未来几次会议”，这给其政策行动留出了更多灵活空间。在此状况下，到了9月中旬的下一次会议上，美联储未比会如预期立即抛出缩减QE的全面路线图，尤其是在全球疫情再度加剧，同时美国就业市场仍举步维艰的大背景下。
美联储正式提出QE缩减方案的时间节点因此将大概率延后到四季度时的年内最后两次会议上，最可能会在12月，但也不排除放在没有季度经济报告发布的11月初会议上的可能。但无论如何，这都意味着正式缩减宽松力度的时间点要到进入2022年以后才会到来，这一观点与此前另一家机构高盛给出的预测不谋而合，而无论如何，这都意味着美元汇价将未比能够如此前部分人士预期的那样在下半年扶摇直上，而是会经历更多的反复和波折。
下周英国央行利率决议：预计不会为英镑兑美元提供强劲方向指引
尽管近期有两名成员表现出鹰派态度，预计英国央行在下周的利率决议上不会有任何变化。虽然薪资和通胀态势仍然强劲，但需求出现放缓的早期迹象。另外，预计量化宽松决定不会获得一致通过。这一结果应不会为英镑兑美元GBP/USD走势提供有力的方向指引。镑美对风险偏好的敏感度很高，在我们指标中现货价格接近公允价值。随着夏季交易情况的好转，该货币对应会交投在交易者熟悉的区间内。
