非農新增崗位減少失業率下降，黃金短線激震

12月4日，美國公佈11月非農數據報告，新增就業崗位減少，但失業率明顯下降，平均時薪高於市場預期，在數據公佈後，現貨黃金出現激烈震盪，美元指數則有一定程度的下挫。
數據顯示，美國11月非農新增就業24.5萬人，增幅連續第5月錄得下滑，遠不及預期值增加47.50萬，前值從增加63.8萬下修為增加 61.0萬。
美國11月失業率下降0.2個百分點至6.70%，預期值為6.80%；美國11月平均時薪錄得4.40%，持平下修前值，好於預期值4.20%。
新冠病例重新激增、缺乏政府新救助資金等因素可能會破壞經濟從疫情衰退中復蘇的勢頭，導致2021年第一季經濟萎縮。美國週三報告新增近20萬個病例，住院人數逼近10萬人。
11月非農就業人數僅增加24.5萬人，遠低於華爾街的預期，原因是新冠病毒感染病例的增加與招聘活動的大幅放緩同時出現。雖然美國正經曆有史以來最快的一個季度增長，但經濟學家擔心，下一兩個季度可能會出現持平甚至負增長，然後在2021年下半年才出現強勁反彈。
隨著新冠疫情在全美範圍內加速蔓延，美國雇主上個月縮減了招聘規模，只增加了24.5萬個工作崗位，這是自4月份以來的最低水準，也是連續第五個月就業增長放緩。就業報告再次表明，美國就業市場和經濟在新冠疫情下舉步維艱。
11月非農就業報告只覆蓋到當月前兩周，目前的這波新冠疫情在當時剛剛開始。隨後的感染、住院以及死亡率均迅速飆升，促使更多地區對企業採取限制措施，消費者也避免前往餐館等擁擠的地方，因此一些分析師預期12月或者1月的就業市場表現會更差。
分析師還將關注女性在勞動力中的比例。那些傾向於雇用女性的行業受到經濟衰退的沉重打擊。隨著學校改為上網課，很多女性辭掉工作照顧孩子。
輝瑞發言人表示，臨床試驗結果出爐時間晚於預期，新冠疫苗原物料供應鏈面臨挑戰，是該公司大砍2020年疫苗產量目標的原因，“擴大原料供應鏈規模所需時間比預期還久。”
對於美國新冠死亡飆升及封鎖措施的擔憂，也沒能帶來多少對美元的避險需求，投資者認為會有更多的政府支持，而美聯儲也料將很快向市場提供關於將在多長時間內繼續購債以支撐美國經濟的更好指引，這可能損及美元。
