全球央行的宽松浪潮本周继续延续有望继续支撑金价。本周美联储、英国央行、日本央行在同一天公布利率决议,同时选择了按兵不动,维持当前利率不变,并将当前的宽松货币政策延续下去。当前市场环境承压、经济恢复尚需时日,宽松的货币政策是各国央行唯一也是必须的选择。而各国央行的宽松措施仍然是金价中期上涨的重要推动力。
抑制消费者价格攀升。未来,经济发展将在很大程度上取决于疫情发展。
美联储表示将维持宽松的货币政策立场,直至实现通胀目标和充分就业。美联储将在未来几个月以不低于目前的速度增持美国国债和机构抵押贷款支持证券,以维持市场平稳运行并营造宽松的金融环境。
在刺激计划持续难产、疫苗利空消息等因素的影响下,美股近期持续调整。科技股曾遭遇暴跌,这推动了纳斯达克指数在上周的三个交易日就下跌了超过10%。
特朗普称他喜欢两党众议员所达成妥协的1.5万亿美元的刺激计划中的“更大数字”,这一数字高于白宫先前支持的1.1万亿美元规模,并远于参议院共和党人近期提出的6500亿美元刺激方案。
当地时间9月16日,经合组织发布了《经济展望中期报告》,将全球2020年GDP增长预期从下滑6%上调至萎缩4.5%。分析称,这主要是由于多国采取的“封城”等管制措施逐步放缓,迎来了经济活动的复苏,从而改善了对经济增长的预期。
展望未来,经合组织预计2021年全球经济将增长5%,这低于6月时对明年世界经济将增长5.2%的预测。由于疫情尚未得到有效控制,经合组织警告全球经济前景仍存在巨大不确定性,在最初的经济重启措施实施后全球经济产出显著提升,但经济复苏的步伐在夏季月份中出现放缓的迹象。
