黄金涨势受压制，美元流动性面临新困境

6月16日，现货黄金正回复上涨趋势，但美元指数止跌反弹，压制了黄金的上涨接哦组，同时美联储开始公司债购买计划，而且特朗普政府准备近万亿美元的基础设施计划，但市场出于对疫情的二次爆发的担忧，美元流动性并不乐观。
美联储表示，将从周二开始通过二级市场企业信贷工具(SMCCF)购买企业债券，剩余期限在五年或以内的投资级公司债符合美联储购买资格。SMCCF是美联储最近推出的几项紧急工具之一，目的是在新冠病毒大流行后改善市场运行。
该计划针对的是那些在疫情爆发前状况良好，但可能因规模太大而没有资格获得薪资保护计划(PPP)帮助的企业提供信贷。它们现在可能需要融资来留住员工和维持运营。
PPP针对的是员工人数不到500人的企业，其提供的贷款可以在企业满足一定要求的情况下转换为拨款。而主街贷款计划将通过参与的金融机构，向员工人数不超过1.5万人或营收不超过50亿美元的美国企业提供贷款，提供的贷款必须偿还。
达拉斯联储主席卡普兰周一表示，他预计第二季国内生产总值(GDP)环比年率将萎缩35%-40%，美国失业率到年底时或仍将保持在8%附近的高位，预计未来几年通胀将保持低迷。
知情人士称，特朗普政府正在准备一项近1万亿美元的基础设施计划，以推动美国经济复苏。运输部的初步版本将大部分资金用于公路和桥梁等项目，但也将为5G无线基础设施和农村宽带留出资金。
该消息进一步证明，当局可能采取更多财政刺激措施，竭尽所能让美国经济重回正轨。股市等风险资产可能继续上涨，投资者或将资金从黄金等避险资产中转出。
投资者依然谨慎，美国不得不面对疫情再度升温的窘境，到2020年底失业率仍将居高不下。只要随着经济继续重启，新增感染人数继续上升，美元就很难走弱。
