金價下行趨勢有限，需要提防黑天鵝事件

2月11日，現貨黃金有所回落，美元指數上漲至新的高點，中國官方針對企業的復工i情況給出更大的支援，同時市場預計美聯儲主席鮑威爾本周的國會證詞並沒有太大的心意，但由於公共衛生事件的不可預測性，美聯儲年內降息的機會將有所增加。
在週二國新辦舉行的新聞發佈會上，人力資源社會保障部就業促進司司長張瑩表示，近期有關部門和地方還聚焦中小微企業的發展，出臺了稅費減免、金融支持、房租補貼等很多政策，我們也相信這些政策最終都將惠企惠就業。
美聯儲決策者淡化了全球公共衛生事件對美國國內經濟的影響，目前市場聚焦美聯儲主席鮑威爾將在國會發表的證詞陳述。
三藩市聯儲主席戴利在愛爾蘭都柏林的電話問答環節中對記者表示：“我們還沒看到太多……最重大的衝擊將是對信心，我們目前還沒有看到這一點。”
美聯儲主席鮑威爾本周面向國會發表半年度證詞，料對美國經濟增長前景發表相當樂觀的看法。
隨著貿易政策不確定性的風險消退，鮑威爾已暗示，他認為沒有理由調整利率，除非目前的前景出現“實質”變化。
投資者將密切關注美聯儲有關資產負債表以及短期融資市場的計畫，從中尋找新的細節。聯儲已為短期融資市場注入資金，以防止去年秋季政策利率意外飆升的情況重演。
在全球增長已經放緩的情況下，公共衛生事件所構成的威脅凸顯了全球經濟中期疲軟的可能性。鑒於其不可預測性，至少增加了美聯儲再次降息以為經濟提供支援的機會，美元指數表現出欲漲還休。
CME“聯儲觀察”工具顯示，美聯儲在2020年年底前至少再降息一次，聯邦基金利率區間下沉到1.25-1.50%。
