黄金又创新低，需警惕美国“投资关门”

国际金价刷新近日低位，而贸易进展向好则进一步提高了市场的人气，而且之前美国公布的数据向好，推升美元指数进一步刷新高位。但市场对贸易前景持谨慎态度，而且美国联邦通信委员会禁止采购中兴和华为的设备。
市场正密切关注全球两最大经济体在年内达成协议的可能性。《环球时报》刊文称中美十分接近达成第一阶段经贸协议。
有报道称，美国联邦通信委员会（FCC）22日一致决定，初步将华为和中兴公司列为构成国家安全威胁的企业，将禁止美电信运营商使用“通用服务基金”采购华为和中兴的服务和设备。
国际货币基金组织(IMF)总裁格奥尔基耶娃表示，国际贸易体系亟需改革，以更好地反映当下的经济现实并更具包容性。唯有这样，驱动全球经济增长的贸易才能开足马力，动力才不会闲置。
在谈到世界经济和全球化进程面临的挑战时，她说，一些经济体的宽松货币政策总体而言起到了提振经济的作用，但低利率政策维持时间过长有可能推升投资者风险偏好，从而增加金融系统脆弱性。
分析师称：“美国经济确实还需要克服一些障碍，企业支出依然存在问题，服务业方面似乎比预期要弱。这其中既有贸易问题，也有英国脱欧以及其他地缘风险问题。”
在任何给定年份中，经济衰退的可能性都无法绝对排除。但如果美中能够达成协议，2020年企业将变得更具信心，投资支出会重新增加，也将进一步提升美元相较其他主要货币的吸引力。
