黄金创下新低，美指上行受限

4月15日，现货黄金创新新低，由于中美贸易谈判取得良好进展，市场避险情绪将弟弟，加上全球经济发展趋于平稳，投资者对黄金的兴趣逐渐减少。但美国总统特朗普加强政治敲打美联储，美指的上行亦受到限制。
中国上周五(4月12日)公布的数据显示，3月出口大幅反弹，新增人民币贷款远高于预期。尽管中国进口保持疲弱，但整体数据强化了对中国经济正在触底反弹的预期。
国际货币基金组织(IMF)指导委员会(steering committee)主席暨南非央行行长甘亚格在IMF与世界银行春季会议闭幕记者会上说：“我们预计明年经济增长将加速。”
分析师表示：“一直有许多经济衰退的说法，欧盟和美国之间的贸易紧张关系加剧，中美贸易协商和英国脱欧都没有最终解决方案，但投资者持乐观看法，他们相信政策宽松将有助于缓解全球经济增长的大幅减速。”
贸易争端，尤其是美中贸易僵局，是IMF和世界银行会议上一直是讨论的焦点，被普遍认为是全球经济趋疲的一个主要原因。中美双方寻求达成协议，结束痛苦的贸易摩擦。这两个世界最大经济体互征关税，蒙受了数十亿美元损失，不仅破坏了供应链，而且打击了金融市场。
美国总统特朗普上周日表示，美联储采取的行动已经将美国经济增长和股市涨幅打掉了大约30%，美联储应该像2007-2009年衰退期间那样开始向经济注入资金。
他说：“量化紧缩是一个杀手，应该做的事情恰恰相反。”他指的是美联储去年每月最多缩减500亿美元债券持仓的做法。这些债券是美联储之前为应对1930年代大萧条以来最严重的经济衰退而不断买进的。
因美联储转变立场，上述美国股市失地已经基本收复，道琼工业指数目前仅较10月3日创下的纪录高点低1.5%。特朗普还建议美联储回归量化宽松措施，将使美联储的立场转变为增加货币刺激措施、扩大债市持仓，目前经济强劲增长、失业率处于历史低位。
尽管美联储3月转向鸽派立场，但因美国经济表现优于全球其他主要经济体，美元仍表现得相对抗跌。而强势美元并不合特朗普胃口，并且不断加大对美联储决策的敲打力度。
