特朗普讲话加剧全球局势，美元迎来大反弹？

在G20峰会前夕，中国驻美大使就中美贸易关系发表了推文。而在隔夜，特朗普在推特上口头轰炸英国首相与欧盟在脱欧上达成的协议，英镑遭到全线抛售，美元多头趁机上涨，创下两周高位。
G20峰会逼近，特朗普又对中美贸易发表言论……据中华人民共和国驻美利坚合众国大使馆今天在官网发文称，日前崔天凯大使接受了《华尔街日报》（Wall Street Journal）记者杰拉德·赛博（Gerald Seib）和鲍勃·戴维斯（Bob Davis）的专访，就中美关系、中美贸易问题等回答了提问。
崔大使称，中方期待着，也许我们的美方同事也同样期待着，两国元首在阿根廷再次会晤时将全面回顾北京会晤后中美关系的发展。此次会晤在时间上距特朗普总统对中国的国事访问刚好一年多。因此我认为两位领导人有必要回顾双边关系发展，并对中美关系发展方向以及双方如何发展好这一组重要而复杂的双边关系作出战略引领。希望这次会晤能推动双方在经贸等诸多领域取得进一步进展。
特朗普昨天离开白宫去参加密西西比造势集会时称：“如今有了脱欧协议，她可能无法(他们可能无法)跟美国达成贸易协定。我认为他们根本不想要这样，这对英美贸易协定负面影响很大。”
特朗普称特雷莎·梅的脱欧协议“对欧盟来说是很好的交易”，并呼吁首相与布鲁塞尔重启谈判。不过她与欧盟领导人周日达成协议时一再宣称他们不会重新协商。
由于特朗普对于全球贸易的相关言论，美元最高升至97.29的近两周以来高位。美元在过去两日上涨，投资者买入这种全球流动性最高的货币避险，因为担心全球经济复苏后劲不足。
值得注意的是，今天中国外交部发言人耿爽的言论也引发了市场走势震荡，亚欧交替时段资金流再度为美元提供支撑，但在中国外交部发言人耿爽表示，特朗普与习近平就有必要达成互利互惠的协议取得共识后，出现了算法交易卖盘。
