欧盟抽血欧元，黄金避险价值仍在

10月9日，现货黄金继续呈疲态，虽然金价在上挫之后，当围绕着欧盟对意大利预算的争议而打压欧元发展，并且进一步提振美元以及利空黄金。市场担心人民币的屁软件和美债收益率的提高，将再次刺激美元走强。
美元兑在岸人民币上一交易日升破一重要心理关卡6.9，令其他新兴货币面临贬值压力，10年期美指收益率再创7年新高的3.259%，进而给美元上行大开绿灯，美元指数日内刷新8月20日以来高点至96.153。

中国央行上周末宣布，再次下调部分金融机构存款准备金率置换中期借贷便利(MLF)，亦为年内第四次降准。
在贸易紧张局势加剧，一些新兴市场国家出现危机的背景下，世界各国央行行长和财政部长将于本周参加在巴厘岛举行的国际货币基金组织(IMF)和世界银行主办的年度会议。
德国央行准备在全球主要金融决策者齐聚印尼时表示，全球经济下滑的“可能性增加”，使得各国政府迫切需要留出资金。
德国央行将在峰会上表示，全球经济增长依然强劲，但本轮经济周期现的高峰期已过，与此同时，与贸易冲突和英国脱欧磋商相关的政治不确定性已导致风险上升。
分析师称：“我们认为，中国人民银行对于维持人民币稳定态度是认真的，人民币不太可能进一步大幅贬值，因为这将会助长羊群行为，有违于人民银行寻求汇率的健康双向波动。”
当前政经气氛会促使民众买进美元，但过去一个半月来金价守在波幅34美元的区间内，表明金价抗跌，做多美元并没有想象当中的那样高枕无忧。
欧元通常不会对此项争议进展作出反应，投资者认为意大利的支出计划不会影响到欧洲央行的货币政策。但围绕最后一刻较量的相关威胁，加上全球股市疲弱，都导致此前原本押注欧元第四季反弹的交易商纷纷抛出欧元。
分析师称：“因为贸易战、意大利等地政局发展、及资金流出股市而导致的厌恶风险情绪，加上美联储的货币政策主导情势，令金价面临下行压力。”
