失业率冲低非农疲态，美元黄金巨震

10月5日晚，美国劳工部发布9月非农就业报告，新增就业人口不及预期，失业率创49年新低。同时美元指数大幅下挫后出现反弹，而现货黄金在上浮之后出现明显下挫。失业率创新低冲低了非农的疲态，也让市场出现明显震荡。
同时间公布的美国贸易帐数据表现也不佳，亦利空美指。8月贸易逆差扩大至六个月高位的532亿美元，预期逆差507亿美元，前值逆差501亿美元，因出口进一步下滑，暗示贸易水平可能拖累三季度经济增长；其中8月进口2626.70亿美元，前值2611.6亿美元，8月出口2094.30亿美元，前值2110.8亿美元。
美国9月就业增长大幅放缓，增速刷新2017年10月以来低点，可能因飓风佛罗伦萨打压餐饮业和零售业就业人数，但失业率降至近49年低点3.7%，显示就业市场进一步紧缩。
美联储估计，第四季度失业率将降至3.7%(我们现在就在那里)，然后在2019年降至3.5%，并在2020年保持在那里。虽然平均时薪没有显示出多少工资或通胀压力，但失业率数据肯定会让美联储走上逐步加息的道路。
总体薪资数据有所下滑，但确实有一个向上修正的前一个月的增长，有证据表明一些下降是受到飓风影响。总体来看，劳动力市场依然稳固而强劲。失业率下降到60年代末到70年代初的水平。薪资增速仍旧符与美联储3%的预期保持一致。除非经济受到任何冲击，我们预计他们将在12月加息。
美国只需每月创造约12万个就业岗位，就能赶上劳动年龄人口增速。投资人正观察美国通胀上升的迹象，因包括亚马逊在内的一些大公司调高最低薪资。薪资稳步增长，表明通胀压力温和，这可能缓解对经济过热的担忧，让美联储保持逐步升息的路径。
调查显示，制造业虽忧心美中贸易争端升级，但聘雇似乎未受影响。事实上，美联储最新褐皮书反映出，劳工短缺现象已扩大至非技术性职位，企业对劳工短缺的忧心不亚于关税疑虑。
洛杉矶Asset Mark首席分析师Jason Thomas说：“许多大企业主管觉得这将能以某种方式获得解决，他们认为这是装样子甚至更多的是一种谈判策略，所以不愿做出重大改变。”
美国上月对2000亿美元中国商品加征关税，中国还以颜色对600亿美元原产美国商品征税。美国、加拿大、墨西哥则在最后关头达成一致，挽回了三方贸易协议。
罗森格伦称，鉴于全球关税举措可能还会导致物价上涨、薪资增长开始加快，以及雇主难以填补岗位空缺，美联储应继续升息“直至货币政策变得略微偏紧。”
