贸易战风险增加，小非农能否挽救
隔夜白宫首席经济顾问科恩将辞职的消息对美元造成的重创仍未平复，且潜在的“贸易战”风险仍在紧扼美指咽喉，市场在美国小非农就业报告公布前交投谨慎，但仍期待该报告能给予美元救赎。
美元指数在周三(3月7日)亚洲时段震荡下行，盘中触及10个交易日以来低点89.43，欧洲时段虽有回升但仍低于开盘价，截至发稿，美元指数报89.48/50。
隔夜美股道指下跌愈150点，美股消极，美元恢复下跌。在美国关税方面未现明确的催化剂。不过，在美国参议员Perdue称对调整关税持开放态度后，美股出现反弹。
全球贸易关系仍维持紧张，很明显特朗普总统正在拿关税政策作为北美自由贸易协定谈判的砝码。美国财政部长努钦称，如果北美自由贸易协定公平，那么加拿大、墨西哥这两个国家可豁免钢铝关税。
分析师称，市场有关美国欲提高进口钢铝关税的消息不够明朗，较为杂乱，但市场对此较为敏感。欧盟重申若美国欲提高进口钢铝关税将采取报复性制裁，料全球贸易关系仍有可能加剧紧张，美元存在下行空间。
分析师认为，白宫首席经济顾问科恩宣布辞职的消息推动美元下跌，此前半岛地缘政治风险显著降温的提振作用不大。通常来说，较低迷的冒险情绪将带动美元升值，不过在当前市场环境下，从更深入的角度来看，这将利空美元，后续美元焦点持续聚集在美国贸易保护主义的相关讨论上。
此外，不仅潜在的“贸易战”风险仍在紧扼美元咽喉，鉴于美国经常账户持续失衡，德意志银行也长期不看好美元。该行宏观策略师Alan Ruskin表示：“美国正艰难地为其经常账户+净股本流动赤字提供资金，该赤字接近6000亿美元。这是欧元努力回收其6000亿美元经常账户盈余和净股本盈余的镜像”。
美国庞大的经常账户和净资本流动赤字是美元未走高的主要原因，估值过高的美国股市并未吸引过去的资金流入，而美国国债也已失宠，导致净流动赤字，必须由美元贬值来填补。该行还认为到今年年底，欧元兑美元料大涨400点达到1.28。
周三北京时间21:15将公布美国2月ADP就业人数，此后还将公布美国1月贸易帐，以及美联储经济褐皮书，且看美国经济基本面消息能否给予美元救赎。
