美元疲软危机，欧元不断上涨
美元多头今年开年没有感受到“新年快乐”。根据ICE美元指数，美元在2018年开始下跌至三年最低点。但是就2017和2018两年来看，欧元当属大赢家，上涨了16.5%,现在1欧元接近1.23美元，创2014年末以来新高。

乍一看，这似乎不符合逻辑啊！美国的减税方案促进经济增长，美联储在实行加息，投资者持有美国证券比持有其他发达国家证券获得了更高的回报，这一切都应该利好美元啊！
但是，关键点在于全球经济都在增长。欧元区和新兴市场财富状况的改善推动了对美国以外国家货币政策的重新评估：其他央行没有走美联储制定的政策路线。
然而，其他货币价格在走高的同时也面临挑战。比如欧元的走高再次打压了欧洲股市：以当地货币计算，欧元区斯托克指数(Euro Stoxx) 上涨3.4％，落后于标准普尔500指数（4.2%）。
欧元从去年初的1.04美元攀升至1.20美元左右，欧洲央行发出警告，声称这可能会加剧通货膨胀，使经济过热。
因为欧洲央行退出超宽松政策，欧元再度走强，这一点引发担忧可以理解。但是这些担忧完全可以“抵消”：首先，美元兑多种货币汇率的下跌幅度意味着欧元的贸易加权值（trade-weighted value）并不高；第二，2017年欧元升值似乎对经济增长并没有造成什么不利影响；第三，欧洲央行本身认为欧元区经济疲软正在缓解，危机时期的政策似乎已经不再合理。
此外，美元疲软对新兴市场来说是个好消息。新兴市场在全球充当的是金融加速器的角色，鼓励投资在全球流动，这也就促成了全球经济的增长，欧洲的贸易增长也要归功于此。但是也正是这个因素才导致美元下跌，这也表明对于投资者和央行来说，美国之外的选择也会有更明朗的前景。
