小非农大增25万，黄金上演过山车
美国自动数据处理公司1月4日公布数据显示，美国12月ADP就业人数新增25万，大幅好于预期，美指小升至91.98，黄金小跌后迅速拉升8美元，刷新日高至1317.28美元/盎司，日内涨幅扩大到0.2%附近。
数据公布后，COMEX最活跃黄金期货合约在北京时间21:18-21:21四分钟内成交量为10896手，交易合约总价值逾14亿美元。

ADP报告具体显示，美国12月ADP就业人数增幅为去年3月以来最高。美国12月建筑业就业人数增加1.6万人，11月减少0.4万人；12月金融服务业就业人数新增1.9万人，11月增加0.7万人。
报告还显示，12月制造业就业人数新增0.9万人，11月增加4万人；12月专业/商用服务业就业人数新增7.2万人，11月增加4.7万人；12月贸易/运输/公用事业就业人数增加4.5万人，11月增加3.6万人。
从美国12月小型、中型和大型企业就业变动情况来看，该报告也很喜人。美国12月1-49名员工的小企业新增就业人数为9.4万，50-499名员工的中型企业新增就业人数为10万；500员工以上的企业新增就业人数为5.6万。
对此，ADP就业数据公司副总裁高度评级称，2017年全年服务业增速显著，尽管信息行业的就业岗位在减少。穆迪首席经济学家詹迪也认为，12月ADP报告表现强劲，就业市场将进一步收紧。
此外，鉴于12月ADP新增就业人数激增，穆迪首席经济学家詹迪也警告称，需要防止过热，“本来已经很紧俏的劳动力市场将会进一步收紧，加大了就业市场出现过热的可能性”。
分析师认为，之所以金价先下跌3美元后爆拉8美元，是因为市场已经充分知悉美国劳动力市场已经很紧俏，甚至担心经济有过热的可能，而薪资增速长期无法抬头则可能让美联储陷入进退维谷的境地，加剧了市场对美联储未来政策路径可能变向的担忧。
由于ADP数据和非农就业数据有较强的正相关关系，交易员往往利用ADP报告来“校准”非农就业报告的预期。由于日内ADP报告表现强劲，周五非农大行情可期，届时投资者需密切关注。
目前市场预测12月非农新增19万人，前值增加22.8万人。其中，本周五(1月5日)美国12月非农业新增职位或高达20万份，平均时薪按年增长或维持于2.5%，均可能对美元有利。
