分析师还指出：“英国央行2017年确实加息了一次，但实际上只是在收回英国脱欧后的紧急降息。英国脱欧的风险依然存在，英国的经济也在走软，这意味着英国加息对英镑的影响受到限制。”
与此同时，分析师希望日本央行维持其量化宽松计划。此外还表示：“尽管预计欧洲央行会终止量化宽松，但其在2018年之前不会加息。欧洲央行行长德拉基表示，在量化宽松结束之前，欧洲央行不会开始进行加息。如果量化宽松政策在2018年9月份结束，欧洲央行不会在下次会议中转变态度收紧政策。这就是我们认为欧洲央行2019年初才可能加息的理由。”
