特朗普撕破美伊核协议

特朗普一直批评这项协议，他说奥巴马签署的这项协议对美国来说是一项糟糕的协议。
2015年，美国与中国、俄罗斯、英国、法国和德国敲定了这一协议。解除了对伊朗的经济制裁以换取对伊朗核项目做出限制。该计划旨在防止伊朗发展核武器。美国此举可能会对市场产生重大的影响。与伊朗接触的国家，会被美国的市场拒之门外。

根据美国的法律，特朗普必须每隔90天向国会汇报伊朗是否遵守协议，下一个汇报的日期是10月15日。参议员写道，不知道过渡期间的任何信息，他们都主张在10月改变这些决定。如果国会不恢复制裁，特朗普在明年1月又有了一个机会。
根据规定，签署国必须提供证据，表明伊朗违反了协议中的条款，以恢复对伊朗的制裁。倘若没有正当理由就对朝鲜实施严厉制裁的话，将会引发不必要的外交冲突。欧盟、俄罗斯以及中国都坚持认为伊朗遵守了这些条款，而且该协议的作用是防止伊朗发展核武器。国际原子能机构，也就是对伊朗的核设施进行检查的机构，也证实了伊朗是遵守这些条款的。
但无论如何，特朗普却仍有可能宣布，他想对这一协议的部分内容进行重新谈判。并且他也已经通过身边的幕僚放出口风。此前美国国务卿蒂勒森表示：“我们几乎可以开始倒计时，看看伊朗何时会恢复其拥有核武器的能力。”
消息人士称，特朗普有可能拒绝证实伊朗履行了协议，为的是迫使其他国家的领导人对这一协议重新谈判。但这些内情人士警告道，特朗普的所作所为可能会使局势失控。
