美元一堆事情不烦其扰，黄金喜笑颜开
周五（8月18日），美元指数走势依旧偏弱，主要因此前美联储公布的7月会议纪要偏鸽派，而在美国总统特朗普解散了两大备受瞩目的商业咨询委员会之后，市场也开始紧张不安，这使得美元持续承压。非美货币则借此普遍反弹走强。隔夜因巴塞罗那遭遇恐怖袭击兼之全球股市人气黯淡，日元、黄金等避险资产全面走强。
8月16日美联储7月货币政策会议纪要表示，由于通胀水平较低，美联储官员仍对今年进一步加息的必要性存在分歧。整体立场偏鸽派，令美元承压。关于特朗普政府是否能顺利推动经济议程的疑虑在本周升高，令投资人的信心动摇。美国标准普尔500指数周四挫跌1.5%，创下三个月来最大单日百分比跌幅。
油价震荡走强，美国原油9月期货交投于47.29美元/桶附近，布伦特原油10月期货交投于51.25美元/桶附近，市场关注点回到美国原油库存下降上，此前一份行业报告显示，库欣库存下降。但分析师认为，美国石油钻井数报告及下周的OPEC维也纳会议料为油价进一步走向提供指引，市场需密切关注。
OPEC维也纳会议即将来袭，据FX678观察，OPEC减产执行率连续两月低于90%，这或表明该组织旨在终结全球原油供应过剩的努力似乎陷入停滞状态。包括沙特在内的一些国家的原油产量略高于其生产计划。享有减产豁免权的利比亚和尼日利亚原油产量剧增。此外，伊拉克和阿尔及利亚等国尚未按承诺削减供应。
现货黄金连续第三日上涨，之前短线一度拉升6美元，一度刷新6月初以来高位至1289.45美元/盎司，主要由于亚洲股市走低，部分投资者因担心美国政治不确定性、以及西班牙发生一起造成至少13人死亡的恐袭事件而买进避险资产。
分析师称，“美联储公开市场委员会(FOMC)的会议纪要再次暗示，年内可能不会升息；欧洲央行称，欧元过强了。这两个关键因素支撑金价，扶助金价升向1300美元目标。”
