在特朗普呼吁“增加支出”的同时，医改命运如何？
根据国会预算办公室的估算，特朗普医改将导致超过2300万美国人失去医保。
尽管特朗普在推特上的想法，很大程度上并不会影响国会议员的态度。但特朗普的各种声明将给参议院共和党领袖McConnell的工作增加各种难度，白宫也可能不得不解决这一分歧。
