特朗普网上再度开喷，美德关系紧张
美国总统特朗普(Donald Trump)周二(5月30日)再次批评德国称，该国对美国存在巨额贸易顺差、且对北约防务贡献不大、以及对美国来说这种态度非常糟糕。特朗普此番言论，无异于对两国关系再泼了一盆冷水。
特朗普在社交媒体上称“我们与德国有很大的贸易逆差，他们对北约防务的支出远远低于应该支出的数目；这对美国非常糟糕，将会改变。”
特朗普的此番评论表明，目前美德两国关系的紧张局面更加凸显。总理默克尔此前表示“德国和欧盟不能再依赖美国”。
就在此前，默克尔在慕尼黑的一次集会上表示“我们完全可以依靠别人的时代，在某种程度上，已经告一段落了。我过去几天的经历表明，我们欧洲人真的要把命运掌握在自己手中。”
特朗普上任后，德国和美国之间的友好关系似乎有所疏远；特朗普的行政部门曾经说过，德国的贸易顺差是由于该国操纵欧元汇率的缘故。
对此德国反驳说，该国没有权力操纵欧元；消费者选择德国产品的唯一原因是因为它们更具竞争力。
德意志联邦统计局今年二月份公布的数据显示，2016年该国的贸易顺差上升至2529亿欧元(约合2750.5亿美元)，超过了2015年的2443亿欧元。
同时，对北约防务的贡献已经成为两国之间的另一个问题。特朗普一再要求北约盟国加紧就费用问题协商。目前北约的28名成员国中，只有5国履行国防生产总值至少2%的目标。
据北约数据显示，德国的北约防务开支占GDP的1.2%，美国占3.6%。在上周的七国集团首脑会议上，像其他北约成员一样，德国表示要就增加国防开支提出一项计划。当时特朗普告诉德国“他们对美国纳税人不公平”。
