美元暴跌？特朗普深陷麻烦
近期以来，华府政治危机持续升温：美国总统特朗普突然开除前联邦调查局局长科米、特朗普“泄密门”、特朗普“通俄门”这也导致全球金融市场一片骚动！
本周美国总统特朗普目前正访问中东，把华盛顿的政治风波抛在身后，不过市场人士仍然担心，这场政治风波可能会给特朗普政府兑现税改和财政刺激承诺造成拖累。
此外，据外媒日前的报道，特朗普可能迎来更大的麻烦：有指标显示，特朗普当选美国总统造成的经济不确定性程度超过1987年美股崩盘和2008年的金融危机。此外，高盛最新报告指出，“通俄门”的持续发酵拖累了财政政策的前景，此前“美国医疗保险法案”已经使得财政政策陷入困境。如果税改无法在明年初获得国会批准，就很可能要等到2019年，甚至更久以后才会通过。随着时间的推移，难度会越来越大。特朗普政府的最新说法是，税改至少要等到8月才会提案，华尔街上很多人则认为，这恐怕要等到明年年初，这就意味着税改变数还将在若干个月内持续困扰美国经济。
本周，FBI前局长科米将在美国国会作证，他将接受质询，证明特朗普是否曾干预FBI对白宫国家安全顾问弗林，涉嫌“通俄门“的调查。美国司法部已经任命特别检察官独立调查此事。
由于受到特朗普“泄密门“、“通俄门”等事件的影响，美元指数上周大幅下挫，创下自去年7月来最大跌幅。
分析师认为欧洲央行将比市场预期更早地削减QE购债规模并加息。加息将吸引资金涌入欧洲，推升欧元币值。
该行将欧元兑美元3个月预期从1.05上调至1.12；将6个月预期从1.05上调至1.15；2017年末欧元兑美元将触及1.15；2018年上半年汇价将升至1.18，2018年末将升至1.20。
其还预计美元将进一步下跌，首先6月加息25个基点已被市场充分定价，9月加息25个基点被定价50%。因此虽然预计美联储今年还将加息两次，但不太可能推动美元大幅走强。
报告指出，美元投机性头寸也稳步下降。截止5月9日数据显示，美元净多头削减一半，若投机者对美元前景更悲观，美元头寸将变得更中性。这意味着美元指数兑一篮子货币将下跌4%。
