美元回调令英镑暂时收复100日均线，苏格兰公投隐忧犹存
周二（2月28日）英镑兑美元在亚洲时段表现良好，目前已站稳100日均线，美国10年期国债收益率在经历了隔夜的大涨后今日有所下滑，这推动了英镑兑美元的反弹，但在苏格兰或将举行独立公投的背景下，英镑反弹或将受阻。
周一（2月27日）美元全线大幅逆转走强，因据美国《华盛顿邮报》报道，美国总统特朗普表示，将在新财年预算中新增国防预算540亿美元，以兑现自己竞选时所作的增加军费开支的承诺。
美国政府官员周一表示，特朗普总统的首个预算提案将寻求大幅增加国防和基建预算，同时削减非国防部门预算，如对外援助预算和美国国家环境保护局预算。
而目前的焦点仍在北京时间周三（3月1日）特朗普即将在国会进行的发言，以期寻找关于税改政策的焦点。
分析师认为尽管特朗普的讲话可能涉及基建计划，有助于提振美元及美债收益率，但究竟能为美元带来多大的上升空间仍有待观察，因为税改计划可能要等到3月份才出炉。
目前市场继续权衡苏格兰独立公投的可能性，分析师认为，英镑若想持续反弹还有待考量。此前有报道称，在3月份英国触发《里斯本条约》第50条的同时，苏格兰可能宣布进行独立公投，英国首相特雷莎·梅正在为此做准备。
