美国12月成屋销售降幅超过预期 但2016年率触及十年来最高
据最新公布的一份报告称，美国12月成屋销售降幅超过预期，因市场住宅供应量跌至1999年以来最低，限制了买家的选择。
全美地产经纪商协会(NAR)周二(1月24日)公布的数据显示，美国12月成屋销售下降2.8%，年率为549户，分析师预估12月成屋销售减少1.1%，年率为552万户。
同时11月成屋销售年率由561万户上修至565.5万户，为2007年2月以来最高。
2016年美国成屋销售年率为545万户，为2006年来最高。
成屋销售是对美国住宅市场的初步测算。数据包括全美以及四个地区的二手房屋销售量和价格。房屋类型包括独栋、共管公寓和合作公寓。
美国成屋销售随着房屋供应量跌至1999年以来最低，美国12月成屋销售录得下滑，虽然经济走强和就业市场收紧使薪资稳步上涨，楼市受到一定支撑，但库存匮乏已影响销售表现。
