英国首相这句话引爆逼空 英镑兑美元狂飙近3%

英国首相特雷莎·梅称，将把最终的脱欧协议交由议会的两院投票表决，政府将推动最终退欧协议在议会进行投票，希望达成适用于整个英国的退欧协议。
“说到议会，我想到有一个方法提供明确性，”她在伦敦的一场演说中称。
其表示，“我今日可以证实，政府将会把英国和欧盟间达成的最终协议送交上下两院表决，再行宣布生效。”
在特雷莎·梅讲话之后，英镑/美元继续大幅飙升，势将创下2008年以来最大涨幅，最高飙升至1.2347，为11个交易日以来的最高水平，涨幅扩大至近3%…
针对英镑的狂飙，有市场人士认为，尽管消息面来看，利空英镑，但是从某种意义上来说，这也算是一种利空出尽，市场提前消化利空之后，就有可能导致英镑大幅反弹…
有分析师认为，当明天脱欧方案公布之后，英镑可能迎来“卖预期、买事实”的反转行情。
原因在于，在特雷莎·梅的脱欧方案未公布之前，市场的确提心吊胆，不过一旦公布之后，靴子落地，市场情绪释放，这反而利好英镑！
除了英镑/美元之外，欧元/英镑跌逾1%；英国富时100指数跌0.7%，触及日低。
鉴于特雷莎·梅的讲话没有那么“硬”，市场避险情绪降温，避险日元、黄金开始回车了
美元/日元自日内触及的一个半月低点反弹80点至113.50；现货黄金从日内稍早触及的近两个月新高1218.90高位回落至1210.80附近。
关于脱欧细节，特雷莎·梅称，尽管不会延长在欧盟单一市场的成员国身份，但英国寻求与欧盟达成贸易协议。
此外，特雷莎·梅还指出，“我们是离开欧盟，不是离开欧洲”；英国将寻求避免破坏性的断崖式退欧。
