圣诞假期交易清淡,美元兑日元小幅走弱
周一(12月26日)亚洲时段外汇市场因圣诞假期交投极为清淡,美元指数微跌失守103关口至102.89附近,欧元兑美元微涨至1.0465附近,英镑兑美元窄幅震荡于1.2283附近,美元兑日元小幅走弱,险守117关口;澳元兑美元温和反弹至0.7199附近;晚间亦无重要数据公布,外汇市场将会提前休市,料日内整体波动不会太大。
欧元兑美元:自上周二以来,欧元兑美元触底反弹,目前勉强回升至10日均线1.0460上方,但12月5日低点1.0506附近仍存在较强的阻力,分析师普遍认为,2017年欧元的下行风险依然较大。
美元兑日元:周一日本央行公布了上次货币政策会议的会议纪要,大多数委员认为,日本经济风险偏向下行;但日本央行行长黑田东彦发表了积极讲话,帮助日元小幅反弹,但美元兑日元在117附近存在较强的支撑,此外,上周低点116.55附近也存在较强的支撑。
日本央行会议纪要显示,大多数委员一致认为,日本经济面临的风险偏向于下行。多数委员认为,实现物价目标的动能较7月有所减弱,少数委员认为在预估的时间内CPI无法达成2%。
日本央行会议纪要还显示,央行决策者讨论了在以利率为目标的新政策框架下,应在多大程度上重视国债购买规模的问题。大多数委员会称,有必要维持80万亿日元国债购买指引。
黑田东彦周一表示,日本央行新政策框架旨在将长期利率保持在零附近,将有助于使对日本经济有利的全球推动力最大化。通过正确实施这一政策框架,日本央行可借全球经济复苏动能使日本经济获得更大驱动力。
黑田东彦还称,有必要在本轮货币宽松周期内实现2%的通胀目标,以此确保日本不再重新跌回通缩深渊。2016年是艰难的一年,但是逆风正在转为顺风。全球经济已经走出金融危机后的调整期,发达经济体的增长步伐近来已经加快。他“确信”日本经济2017年能够大踏步前进摆脱通缩。
