亚股收盘涨跌不一，圣诞新年降临市场交投清淡
周四(12月22日)亚股收盘涨跌不一，圣诞节前市场交投清淡，沪指微涨0.07%；香港恒生指数收跌0.80%；澳大利亚ASX200指数收涨0.54%；日经225指数收跌0.06%；韩国KOSPI指数收盘下跌0.11%。
消息面上，针对近期人民币持续贬值，国家外汇局局长潘功胜表示，当前中国跨境资本流动风险可控，支撑外汇市场稳定的根本性因素仍然长期存在，将加强外汇市场监管，严厉打击汇市违法违规行为。
中国央行首席经济学家马骏表示，11月9日以来人民币对美元贬值幅度实际小于多数货币；最近美元快速走强以及人民币贬值，主要是市场预期变化所致；中国最近在人民币汇率市场加大了正面引导预期的力度。
外围市场方面，周三有恐慌指数之称的CBOE VIX 指数一度跌破11，为2015年8月来首次。在上月的美国总统大选之前，该指数一度升破23。一些投资者认为，目前市场过于自满。通常来讲，VIX指数走低表明市场参与者对当下的表现充满信心。但是，不少分析师也指出，在经历了狂野的2016，尤其是英国脱欧和美国大选结果与前期民调结果大相径庭之后，一些投资者已经不敢掉以轻心了。
周四日本财务大臣麻生太郎表示，低利率环境可能持续；过去4年经济受到日元升值影响，目前日元已贬值不少；日本内阁通过2017财年预算及2016财年第三次补充预算；2017财年预算保留了财政整固指引。
