瑞士央行如期再维稳利率，但仍强调将积极干预汇市
瑞士央行(SNB)在周四(12月15日)公布的最新利率决议中，将活期存款利率继续维稳于-0.75%，同时将三个月伦敦银行间拆放款利率(Libor)目标区间维持于-1.25%至-0.25%不变，均符合市场预期；此外，瑞士央行也指出，如有必要该央行将积极干预外汇市场，因瑞郎仍被过度高估。
瑞士央行预计，全球经济将继续在2017年温和增长，还预计瑞士2016年经济增速为1.5%，此前预计为约1.5%，也预计2017年经济增速为近1.5%。
瑞士央行还对2016年的通胀预估维持不变，但下调了对2017年与2018年的通胀预估。瑞士央行预计，2016年通胀率为-0.4%，此前预期为-0.4%；预计2017年通胀率为0.1%，此前预期为0.2%；预计2018年通胀率为0.5%，此前预期为0.6%。
瑞士央行也指出，如有必要该央行将积极干预外汇市场，因瑞郎仍被过度高估。瑞士央行行长乔丹也表示，瑞士央行对英国脱欧之后的汇市干预是为了缓冲对瑞郎的影响，且负利率和干预将继续是必要且合适的。
瑞士央行还表示，许多发达经济体的结构性问题会对经济前景产生负面影响，且美国和欧元区大选都对瑞士的经济前景造成影响。
乔丹还认为，目前全球经济增速温和，国际贸易受抑，但其对瑞士2017年经济前景仍表示谨慎乐观，因2017年的不确定性包括美国经济政策方向以及欧元区大选。
