美国11月就业市场状况指数大幅超过预期
美联储(FED)周一(12月5日)数据显示，美国11月就业市场状况指数(LMCI)录得1.5，大幅超过预期值的-0.2，前值为0.7。数据公布后，金银短线下跌，美元指数上涨。
就业市场状况指数揭示了美联储对就业情况的解读，该指数对市场了解美联储对就业市场的态度非常重要，美联储也曾多次表示该指数比非农数据更加真实地反映出劳动力市场状况。
巴克莱资本分析师表示：“LMCI数据统计运用了一个有19个劳动力市场指标组成的动态模型，是美联储用来全面评估就业状况的指数。美联储每次公布的数据仅反映出单月的变化，因此我们可以通过比对该项数据与所处经济发展周期的总体情况来了解劳动力市场的表现。”
作为传统的市场大戏，且是美联储12月会议之前的最后一份就业报告，美国劳工部(DOL)上周五公布的数据显示，美国11月非农就业人数增加17.8万人，市场预期增加17.5万人，11月失业率则暴跌至4.6%，创下2007年8月以来最低。
数据显示，美国11月非农就业人数增加17.8万人，低于市场预期增加17.5万人，前值增加16.1万人；美国11月份失业率为4.6%，为2007年8月以来最低水平，预期为4.9%，前值为5.0%。美国劳工部还将10月非农就业人数修正为增加14.2万人。
不过此次薪资意外疲软，美国11月平均每小时工资月率下跌0.1%，预期增长0.2%，前值增长0.4%；美国11月平均每小时工资年率上升2.5%，预期增长2.8%，前值上升2.8%。
此外，美国11月平均每周工时为34.4小时，预期为34.4小时，前值为34.4小时。美国11月劳动力参与率跌至62.7%，前值62.8%。值得指出的是，仅11月一个月时间，就有44.6万美国人离开劳动力大军，脱离劳动力人数触及纪录高位9510万人。
非农数据公布之后，市场参与者对美联储12月加息更加笃定，彭博援引联邦基金利率市场的数据指出，市场押注12月美联储加息可能高达100%。
LMCI趋势通常领先非农增长年率6-12个月，也就是说，非农数据滞后于LMCI指数6-12个月，这意味着LMCI走势对未来非农长期走势有重要参考作用。
