欧洲央行行长德拉基：将在下周会议上决定是否延长QE
欧洲央行行长德拉基曾表示欧元区货币政策制定者将会在12月初，就是否延长QE作出决定。
德拉基在接受西班牙报纸“El Pais”采访时确认了欧洲央行管理委员会将会在12月8日就是否延长QE至2017年3月作出决定，市场曾认为欧洲银行将会等到明年才会就此事做出决定，这一表态打消了市场所有疑虑。
为提振经济增长及通货膨胀，欧洲央行每月总额800亿欧元的债券购买计划将持续至明年。
德拉基也表示，欧洲央行政策制定者将会讨论适当缩减每月购债量，但这是就长期而言。
德拉基称：“我们可以用多种不同工具的组合来传达适当的立场，比如每月的购债量，或每月购债的持续时间，我不会对讨论中的多种选项做出预先判断。”
巴克莱认为，一旦德拉基暗示将会收紧QE，欧洲的偿付危机将会重现。而意大利宪法公投将于周日(12月4日)举行，若公投失败就有可能最终导致高达8家银行面临风险，继而引发欧洲银行业危机。
