周一(11月7日)距离美国总统大选投票还有一天，FBI决定不会对希拉里展开刑事诉讼，这使得胜选的天枰再度偏向希拉里，市场风险偏好大幅回升，美元指数因此受到支撑上涨，而避险金价则遭抛售。
具体市场上，美元指数升至四日高位，大选最后关头金融市场重新认为希拉里有望当选；金价重挫跌至五日低位，FBI不指控希拉里消息提振美元和股市，施压避险金价。

交易员表示，投资人现在再度强烈预期希拉里将胜选，这将为美国下个月升息铺平道路。
市场一直倾向于认为希拉里获胜会保持现状，因此有利于她的消息经常提振市场的风险偏好。而特朗普在移民、外交和贸易上的立场对风险偏好不利。
