日官员轮番放言，措辞矛盾日元盘中过山车
周五(10月21日)亚洲时段，美元兑日元盘中一度重新站上104整数大关，日内高点摸到104.20，但是在前日本央行委员白井早由里发表讲话之后，汇价迅速回吐日内涨幅转跌，目前日内跌幅在0.1%左右。
白井早由里认为，新框架对物价的影响或有限。他预计，债券市场会有进一步扭曲的风险，新框架的概念转向紧缩。
周五稍早前，日本财务大臣麻生太郎表示，日元贬值愈多愈好是错误的看法。他还指出，目前正着手改革GDP统计方法，长远来看，这对日本是一件好事。
日本央行行长黑田东彦在议会表示，鉴于物价增长基本疲弱，央行可能在本月的利率评估会议上推迟实现通胀目标的时间。
他强调，近期核心消费者物价显现疲弱，可能迫使日本央行在10月31日-11月1日会议发布季度预估时下调对通胀率的预期。
