美国4月大城市房价同比增幅符合预期
标准普尔公司周二(6月28日)公布的数据显示，美国4月S&P/CS20个大城市房价指数年率增长5.44%，基本符合经济学家预估的上升5.4%，3月修正后为增长5.5%。
报告还显示，4月美国独栋房屋价格同比升幅符合预期，但略低于上月。
此外，美国4月S&P/CS20个大都会地区房价指数经季节性调整后较前月上升0.5%，分析师预估为上升0.6%。4月未经季节性调整的房价较3月上升1.1%。
报告称，丹佛、西雅图和俄勒冈州的波特兰三个城市的房价按年涨幅最大。
标普道琼斯指数公司指数委员会主席、董事总经理David Blitzer称，“房价上涨反映了失业率低、房屋贷款率低以及消费者总体对经济前景持乐观看法。”
他补充道：“但前景仍有一定的不确定性和风险，上周英国公投决定脱离欧盟是最近期的政治忧虑，美国秋季大选也导致不确定性上升，可能在未来数月分散楼市买家和投资者的注意力。
