德国第二季度增速放缓后将再反弹
德国央行周一（6月20日）在一份月度报告中表示，德国经济增速可能在第二季大幅放缓，然后今年稍晚反弹，回到稳健成长轨道。
德国央行在报告中指出，相较于第一季，第二季增速将会小跌，因工业出口订单下滑，及建筑业起起伏伏，另外，暖冬的正面影响也逐渐消退。
报告称，德国第一季经济成长0.7%，是推动欧元区第一季经济意外强劲的主力，投资强劲及工业生产稳健，显示欧元区经济处于上行。
同时，德国央行还指出，企业及家庭调查反映的正面信心显示，经济增速在第二季疲软表现后，应该会在后面六个月再度提高。
该行称：“尽管第二季放缓，但其仍预计全年增速为1.7%，与去年增速一致，这支持欧洲央行(ECB)的看法，即超宽松刺激措施正在促进增长和通胀，该数字也符合政府的预估。”
德国央行在分析欧洲央行近期政策时表示，12月包括降息和扩大资产购买在内的措施，将在2016-2018年期间，每年为通胀率贡献0.1-1个百分点。
随后，该行还补充道，欧洲央行3月再次降息并进一步扩大资产购买，对通胀的贡献则较少。
