日本4月实质薪资升幅不及前值
周五（6月3日）早间，日本政府公布数据显示，日本4月经通胀调整的实质薪资年率增长0.6%，升幅小于前月，这一迹象令人担忧，表明薪资增长的上行动力或许正在消退。
薪资增长是政府刺激民间消费和对抗通缩的关键。首相安倍晋三再三敦促企业提高员工报酬以刺激消费 ，但薪资增长温和可能使家庭更加谨慎对待支出。
具体数据显示，4月经通胀调整的实质薪资较上年同期上升0.6%，升幅小于3月修正后的1.6%。3月初值为增长1.4%。4月名义现金薪资增长0.3%至274,984日圆，连续三个月上升，但增幅不如3月修正后的1.5%年增幅，3月现金薪资年增幅前值为1.4%。
此外，4月经常性薪资较上年同期增长0.2%，加班工资增长1.0%。4月特别加给增长4.3%，3月修正后为增长15.4%。由于特别加给通常金额较少，因此即便是微小的变动都可能造成较大的百分比变动。
